Good Morning,

Happy Thursday! In James 2, the Apostle James says three different times that faith without works is dead. (James 2:17, 20, 26). Your faith requires corresponding action.

What has God been speaking to your heart lately? What dream has He been stirring in your heart? Have you taken a step in direction of what He has been telling you? It may seem big, even impossible. However, the longest journey begins with one step.

2 Corinthians 5:7 says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (NKJV). Walking is a series of steps. The faith steps God leads you to take today lay the ground work for the faith steps you need to take tomorrow. You have to take action.

In today’s podcast devotional, my wife shares a short and encouraging message to inspire you to take action towards God’s plan and promise for your life. Listen to the podcast and share it with someone who needs to hear it.

I am praying for you! As you heard me share in the podcast and in the previous devotional, I am preparing to travel to India to share at the largest youth and young adults conference in Asia. I’m honored to be invited and I am excited to be a part. Will you pray for me as I travel? Please pray for the following things: safety as I travel to and from India, an outpouring of God’s favor and Spirit upon this conference, for over 1,000 young people to give their lives to the Lord, for each speaker and leader to be granted the right words to share during their sessions, for great miracles and displays of God’s power, and whatever else the Spirit of God places on your heart as you pray. Thank you for praying for me!

Remember to pray the daily prayer for 2026 and know that God loves you and His plan for your life is good. After you pray the daily prayer, pause and take time to listen. Always remember, prayer is not complete until you take time to listen. There is peace, safety, and direction in waiting and listening.
