Faith In The Morning Daily Affirmation 🌅

I am the salt of the earth. I am the light of this world. Jesus said it so I believe it. I am a carrier of the Glory of God. Today, I will experience the extreme goodness of God. Today, I make myself available for God to show His goodness to others through me.  Today, I am increasing in influence. Today, I will see the goodness of God in my life! Today, something good is going to happen to me so I expect miracles.

Good Morning,

Happy Taco Tuesday! My family and I enjoy tacos. What about you? I actually make tacos for them every Tuesday. We sit down, eat the food, listen to music, talk, and laugh. It is a time that we enjoy with food that we enjoy. We enjoy it so much we try to do it every Tuesday. One of my daughters have called it our own family holiday.

Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV) says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.”

What’s your favorite food? (Share with me your favorite Summer food in today’s poll.) If you could, how often would you have it? As much as possible. Why? It is something that you love to enjoy. This is the principle that is illustrated in this verse.

Death and life are produced by what you love to say. Whatever you continually say is either going to give access to the forces of life or death in your life. The key to your success is consistency. The power is in consistency.

You may think, “Are my words really that important?” Yes, my friend. Yes, they are! Remember, this whole universe was created by words. Hebrews 1:3 lets us know that everything is upheld by the word of His power.

Think about this way: how were you saved? How did you become born again? According to Romans 10, you believed in your heart and said with your mouth. Yes, Ephesians 2 says that you were saved by grace through faith. Well, how did you access that grace through the channel of faith? By believing in your heart and saying with your mouth.

Here is an important principle: whatever you are saved by, you live by. You were saved by grace through the channel of faith and you accessed it with the words of your mouth. Never forget the importance of the words of your mouth. Do not allow the Enemy to trick you into believing they are unimportant. They are vitally important to your present and your future. If you are not continually saying the right things, you have to retrain the way you speak.

Pray this prayer with me today, “Father, thank you for loving me. I thank you that all your promises are trustworthy. I ask for your help and your wisdom. I thank you that you never leave me nor forsake me. I thank you that you hear and answer prayer. You are the strength of my life and I will live confidently in you. Help me to consistently identify with your promises and steer my life in the right direction. Help me to speak life-giving words and be consistent with the words of my mouth. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
