Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed [is] everyone who hangs on a tree"), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

I hope you had a great start to your week yesterday. Remember, this is an outstanding October for you because of the open doors, opportunities, and breakthroughs God is bringing your way. Keep expecting them! When you understand what it means to be blessed and the benefits the blessing brings, it will help you boldly walk through open doors, take advantage of opportunities, and experience breakthroughs. Let’s dive in!

Galatians 3:13 & 14 reveals that Jesus became cursed so that you might receive the blessing of Abraham. Galatians 3:29 (NKJV) says, “And if you [are] Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Every area of Abraham’s life was blessed. (Genesis 24:1). Wherever Abraham went, the blessing went into action causing him to flourish, advance, prosper, do well, and make progress. The same blessing is available to you. It belongs to you. It is your inheritance.

The blessing is more than a feeling. It is an empowerment from God that enables you to flourish and advance no matter the circumstances or opposition. Today, refuse to stress. Remember, you are the blessed. You can handle whatever pressure filled situation arises today because God has blessed and empowered you.

The blessing kept working in Abraham’s life until he became a blessing. (Genesis 12:1-3). The blessing flowed from him and transformed lives around him. God wants to do the same thing for you! Refuse to fear. Listen for the leading of the Spirit of God and continue to expect open doors, opportunities, and breakthroughs.

Grant me understanding so that I can think as the blessed and grant me wisdom so that I can behave as the blessed. I receive your help, wisdom, and strength. Thank you! In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
