Happy Wednesday!

God wants you to experience a lifetime of favor. In Psalm 5:12, the Psalmist declares, “For You, O LORD, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.” God wants to surround you with favor. Imagine this - a forcefield of favor surrounds you wherever you go.

I like to say it this way, “The favor of God surrounds me as a shield. Before people encounter me, they encounter the favor of God.” To live in the favor of God, you have to develop a mentality and vocabulary that reflects your faith in God’s ability to favor you.

To be favored means to have the upper hand in life. In fact, Galatians 6:15 reveals that new creations in Christ have the advantage in life. Don’t allow the world to tell you that you are disadvantaged. You may not have all the privileges that some people do, but you have the upper hand because you are a new creature in Christ and are surrounded by God’s favor.

In today’s podcast, I share more about God giving you the upper hand and advantage in life. Stream it and then share it with someone you know that needs to hear it and be encouraged.

I am the salt of the earth. I am the light of this world. Jesus said it so I believe it. I am a carrier of the Glory of God. Today, I will experience the extreme goodness of God. Today, I make myself available for God to show His goodness to others through me.  Today, I am increasing in influence. Today, I will see the goodness of God in my life! Today, something good is going to happen to me so I expect miracles.
