Good Morning,

Today is going to be a great day for you! In just a few weeks, we will be celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus. Did you know that when God raised Jesus from the dead and seated Him on high that He also raised you?

Ephesians 1:22-23 (NKJV) says, And He put all [things] under His feet, and gave Him [to be] head over all [things] to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.” Ephesians 2:1 & 6 (NKJV) continues, “And you [He made alive], who were dead in trespasses and sins, ... and raised [us] up together, and made [us] sit together in the heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus,”

Christ is the Head of the Body. We, as Christians, are members of that Body. When He placed things under Jesus’ feet, He placed them under ours. God has given every Christian authority over the enemy so that they can reign in life through Christ Jesus. However, many believers never tap into that authority.

I don’t want that to be you. I want you to become skillful in using the authority God has given you. In today’s devotional, Dr. Billye Brim and I discuss the authority of the believer and how we are to use it in our every day lives. Listen to today’s devotional, it will encourage you!

Remember to pray the daily prayer for 2026 and know that God loves you and His plan for your life is good. After you pray the daily prayer, pause and take time to listen. Always remember, prayer is not complete until you take time to listen. There is safety and direction in waiting and listening.

We are reading through the Bible this year. Today’s reading plan is located at the bottom of this newsletter. If you want a pdf print out of the plan, click here.
