Good Morning,
Happy Memorial Day! I hope you had a wonderful Pentecost Sunday and amazing weekend. As we go into this new week, I want to share with you how you can practically trust God in your everyday life.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”
When we constantly lean to our own understanding, we are not actually trusting God. Saying that you trust God does not mean that you actually trust Him. Trust is shown by acknowledging Him and letting Him direct your paths.
Practically trusting starts with starting your day with Him. Take time to read the Word. Take time to pray. Take time to listen for His direction as you pray and after you pray. Specifically ask for His wisdom and guidance concerning your day and follow His leading. That’s how you acknowledge Him. We dive into this topic even more in today’s podcast devotional. Stream it and share it with someone you know that needs to hear it and be encouraged.
Remember, May is your month of increase! Let’s believe God to increase, flourish, and thrive in every area of our lives. Meditate on the increase God has for you. That is part of living Ephesians 3:20 everyday. This month, I want you to daily say, “May Is My Month Of Increase.”
I am praying for you! Remember to pray the daily prayer for 2026. After you pray the daily prayer, as I shared above, pause and take time to listen. Always remember, prayer is not complete until you take time to listen.
