But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

Happy Friday! It’s the weekend! Last night, I had an amazing time at Marked Church in Jacksonville. We had such a wonderful move of the Spirit as we shared concerning living under an open heaven.

Currently, I’m heading to Metro Detroit, where I will have a special book signing tomorrow morning. The signing will take place at Discount Bible Book Store in Warren, Michigan. Let’s dive in to today’s devotional. God wants us filled to overflowing with every good thing - especially the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). When you read through the list of the fruit of the Spirit, love is first on the list. I believe that it takes the love of God operating is us in order to be full of all of the fruit of the Spirit.

When you were born again, God poured His love in your heart. (Romans 5:5) As you live in Him, that love grows & develops. (I John 4:17) Today, remember God loves you, He has poured His love into your heart, He is with you, He is working on you, and He is working through you. Acknowledge Him and remember, you are never alone! He will never leave your nor forsake you. Throughout the day say, “Jesus, thank you for being with me! Thank you for loving me! Christ in me is the hope of glory!”

Pray this prayer with me today, “Father, thank you for loving me. Your love lives within me. I thank you that you have a plan for my life. Help me to embrace the power of the pause, live gratefully, and enter into the rhythm of rest for my life. Show me the areas that I need to adjust and the habits I need to change. I receive your help, wisdom, and strength. Thank you for leading me and guiding me! Thank you for being with me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
