Today’s Scripture 🍞
I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]
John 16:33 (AMPC)

Today’s Devotional 📖
Good Morning,
Something good is going to happen to you today! No matter what challenge or temptation you face today, you can win. When you were born again, God didn’t redeem you to lose. You were born again to win! (By the way, I updated the Extra Encouragement section with even more resources. Check it out after you finish the newsletter.)
God wants you to live with boldness and confidence. However, this boldness and confidence is not rooted in your own natural ability, education, or background. Your Heavenly Father wants you to live in supernatural confidence and boldness.
When we face challenges and temptations, sometimes they seem too big for us. They can even be intimidating. As a result, we back down or give in. However, Jesus understands us and conquered every temptation and challenge for us. (John 16:33)
Hebrews 4:14-16 (NLT) says, “So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe. 15 This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. 16 So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.”
One of the pillars of our boldness is that Jesus, our High Priest, faced everything we faced, conquered it all, and shared His victory with us. He understands what we go through and shared His victory with us. Understanding this helps us live in a way where we can overcome every challenge and temptation. Applying this knowledge, will allow us to rest as we overcome every challenge and temptation.
Speaking of rest, pre-orders for my new book, The Rhythm of Rest are now available. If you pre-order through the Faith Christian Center website, profits will go towards the building of the next phase of Faith Park. Pre-order your copy today and help us go forward in the vision God has given us.
I’ve been sharing quick takeaways about rest in reels on social media. In these reels, I share how rest is important and why your mentality has to change concerning rest. As I have shared more on this topic and engaged in conversations with others concerning it, the importance of this message has grown even more in my heart. God has rest and victory for you today!
You were born again to win. Jesus has shared His victory with you. In today’s podcast, I continue to unpack this topic. Over the next few weeks, we will stick with the topic of supernatural boldness and confidence. It will help you go forward in God’s plan for your life.
