Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

My wife and I would like to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. We hope you have a wonderful day full of love, joy, and fun times with family and loved ones. I’m starting my Thanksgiving running a 5k. I am definitely making room for dinner later on today. 😀

Did you know that giving thanks helps you go the distance? It helps with your spiritual endurance. As I run my 5k today, I use the endurance I have built in previous times of running. When you give thanks for what God has done, you are reminding yourself of God’s track record. You remember how He has saved you, healed you, preserved you, prospered you, delivered you, and helped you. As you give thanks for the past and present, you are inspired knowing that if God did it once, He can do it again. Since you know that He can and will do it again, you choose to keep pressing by faith knowing you will have a miraculous outcome.

Stream today’s Faith in the Morning. In today’s podcast devotional, I share another reason to be thankful: what God started in you, He will finish! Answer today’s poll and share your favorite thanksgiving tradition. Have a great day!

A Psalm of Thanksgiving.

Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands! Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.

(Psalm 100:1-5 NKJV)
