Good Morning,

Something good is going to happen to you today! We are all familiar with the star associated with Christmas time. The Magi saw the star and they knew the Messiah had been born. I might dive into why they knew in tonight’s online Midweek Experience at Faith Christian Center. I have a question for you first.

What did the Magi do after they saw the star?

I know one thing the Magi did after they saw the star, they prepared to follow the star. There was a long journey between where they were in the East and Jerusalem. They had to prepare for the journey. They had to prepare the gifts. They had to prepare the team that was going to travel with them.

Preparation is never lost time and is often a vital act of faith. The Spirit of God may have told you about something that is coming in your future. What is your act of faith? Prepare for it!

This week we have focused on being quick to obey the leading of the Spirit of God. Preparing is also a way to obey the leading of the Spirit of God when He tells you of something in advance. Preparing is an act of faith that shows you believe what God told you. Prepare and follow His leading.

As I said yesterday, when you obey God, it is for your good and the good of someone else. There is someone on the other side of your obedience. Your preparation and obedience blesses you and someone else as well.

As we end 2024, prepare for 2025. The Spirit is leading you to a place of greater influence so that you can thrive in 2025. Remember, preparation is never lost time.
