So be careful how you live. Don't live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Don't act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do.

Good Morning,

God has a new season for you! As Daniel declared in his prayer of praise in Daniel 2, God changes the times and the seasons. Over the last two months at Faith Christian Center, I have been sharing about the new season we have entered. This is not a new season that begins on January 1st. It’s already begun and God has wonderful plans for you!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Did you know that people can miss out on their new season because they limit themselves due to their past? Remember, you are a new creation in Christ Jesus.

You are not who you used to be and God has wonderful plans for your future. That is one of the core messages of my advent devotional, Jesus, Son of Rahab. I connected the devotional to the Christmas season and walk through the ancestry of Jesus. There are many ancestors of Jesus who had troublesome pasts, however God used them mightily and placed them in the ancestry of Jesus.

In the same way, God can use you to do amazing things. God is greater than your past. He has a wonderful future for you, so don’t limit yourself with your past. Go forward into the future God has for you! Your best is yet to come!
