Happy Friday!

It’s the weekend and it’s going to be a great weekend for you. Let’s look again at the verse we have been meditating on all week. Psalms 103:5 (NLT) says, “He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle's!” God wants your life filled with His goodness.

It is the will of God for your life to be filled with good things. However, it is possible for you to miss the good things when they come your way. James 1:17 describes how God wants to send good gifts to us like a downpour. However, we also learn from James 1 that if we are not positioning ourselves in faith then we will not receive what God sends.

In the same way, if we are not looking for the goodness, we will miss it. God can send goodness your way and you can miss it if you are not actively looking for it and expecting it. Our faith and trust determines where we look. In today’s podcast, I share from Jeremiah 17 the importance of looking in the right place and doing the “bus stop.” Stream it and then share it with someone you know that needs to hear it and be encouraged.

I am praying for you! Remember to pray the daily prayer for 2026. After you pray the daily prayer, as I shared above, pause and take time to listen. Always remember, prayer is not complete until you take time to listen.

I am the salt of the earth. I am the light of this world. Jesus said it so I believe it. I am a carrier of the Glory of God. Today, I will experience the extreme goodness of God. Today, I make myself available for God to show His goodness to others through me.  Today, I am increasing in influence. Today, I will see the goodness of God in my life! Today, something good is going to happen to me so I expect miracles.
