Happy Monday! This is going to be a great week for you! As I have shared before, I believe this month will be outstanding because of the open doors, opportunities, and breakthroughs that God is bringing our way.

Ephesians 5 instructs us to pay attention how we live. Now, that sounds like an obvious instruction. However in our fast paced society, it is easy to fly by the seat of our pants and not pay attention to how we are actually living. As I embraced the principles of the Rhythm of Rest, I have learned to regularly pause and reflect.

In our fast paced lives, we often develop routines. Sometimes the routines are beneficial; other times, the routines are hindering. Your routine can interfere with and keep you from the open doors, opportunities, and breakthroughs God has for you.

John Maxwell once said, “the secret of your future is in hidden in your daily routine.” Is your routine setting you up for future success? Or is it hindering you? Today, reflect. In your reflection, pay attention to how you live so you can take advantage of every opportunity God brings your way.
