Today, I make myself available for God to show His goodness to others through me.  Today, I am increasing in influence. Today, I will see the goodness of God in my life! Today, something good is going to happen to me so I expect miracles.

Good Morning,

This is your Tuesday reminder that 2025 is your year to thrive! You can thrive in 2025 because God has a great plan for your life! Over the last few weeks, we have been sharing concerning the importance of your heart. One of the reasons your heart is important is because God speaks to you in your heart.

Since our heart is so important, we have to take care of it. In taking care of it, we have to pay attention to what we are putting in our heart. In Psalm 119:11, David said that he would store God’s Word in His heart in the same way a person would store treasure in a treasury. David realized that every time he read God’s Word, he was making a deposit in his heart.

I want you to approach God’s Word with a new mentality and attitude today. Sometimes, we can approach God’s Word and read it because it is part of our Christian disciplines. We may even read it to get through with reading it so we can move on with our day.

Yes, we should be disciplined in reading God’s Word. Yes, we should read it and push through even if we do not feel like reading or even “feel spiritual” that day. However, we have to enhance our thinking when it comes to the Bible. The Bible is God speaking to us. Every time we read it, it is having a positive impact on our life and it is being deposited in our heart.

Today, as you read God’s Word, read it with hope. Don’t read it to just get by. Read it believing that God has a plan for your life and a great future for you! Read it thinking that you are going to need what you read today in the future. Read with expectation.

Today’s Prayer 🙏

Pray this prayer with me today, “Father, I believe you love me extravagantly and you have great plans for my life. Today, help me to approach, study, read, and meditate your Word with hope. I pray that you will help me ponder the path of my feet. Grant me wisdom for all the decisions I have to make today. Show me the adjustments that I need to make. I ask for eyes that see and for ears that hear. Help me to guard my heart and have a soft heart before you. Thank you for leading me and guiding me. I will thrive in 2025! In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
