Good Morning!

Welcome to May! As we start this month, let’s read through the Book of Romans together. Read Romans 1 today and follow the Faith+ Bible Reading Plan throughout the month.

As we shared yesterday, what you do for God is not useless. God has not forgotten the labor of love you have accomplished for Him and for His people. To keep going forward in the plan of God for our life, we have to continually embrace every day with hope and lay hold to the freshness that it brings.

In today’s podcast devotional, I share how the Holy Spirit produces exuberance for life within our hearts. Every day is an opportunity to experience more of God’s goodness. Lamentations 3:22 & 23 tell us that God’s mercies are new and fresh every single morning. Psalm 92:10 tells us that God makes us strong and anoints us with fresh oil!

There is fresh oil for you today! There are new mercies for you today! God is faithful and He will not fail you. Embrace this new month, lay hold to the freshness God has for you, and make a decision to continually develop the miracle mindset. God is not out of miracles. He has goodness in store for you today.

Pray this prayer with me today, “Father, I thank you for a new day and a new month. I trust your plan for my life because you love me. Help me to develop a miracle mindset, to choose joy throughout my day, and live in expectation of your goodness. I receive the fresh oil and mercies that you have for me today. I love you. Thank you for your faithfulness and goodness. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
