Good Morning!

The favor of God should not be a one-time or rare experience for you. God desires to pour out His favor upon your entire life. While I was writing yesterday’s email, the thought of “a cycle of favor” rose in my heart. A cycle is a series of repeating events. Today, I want to show how you can start the cycle of favor for your life.

Favor flows from God’s love and His wonderful desire to be good to you. To jump into the cycle of favor, you must believe that God wants to be good to you because He loves you. You have to believe, as Psalm 68:19 declare, that God daily loads you up with benefits.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good [things,] [So that] your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Psalm 103:2-5 (NKJV)

When we refer to benefits, we are referring to how God deals with us, how He treats us, and what He gives us. How does God treat you? Mercifully with great kindness and love. Psalm 103:5 in the NLT declares that God fills your life with good things. If you you want to live in the cycle of favor, it starts with you believing that God wants to be good to you and will be good to you. 

We are just beginning to dive into this cycle of favor. Let’s believe for greater understanding and manifestation of God’s favor together.  Pray this prayer with me today, “Father, thank you for your favor. I believe it surrounds me as a force field. Lord, help us grow in understanding of your favor so that we can live in the cycle of favor. I ask that you show us how we all can be wise stewards of your favor. Your favor makes the difference in our lives. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
